Ashley has called Lake Nona home since 2019, and that is not by chance. She fell in love with the community, saw its long-term potential, and made it home. As a real estate investor herself, she understands what it feels like to hand over the keys to someone else and trust them to care for something important. That perspective shapes how she manages every property, with the same attention and care she would want for her own.
Ashley is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Happy Homes Property Management. Her background includes luxury retail management and financial services as a branch manager, giving her both a high standard for client experience and a clear, grounded approach to decision-making. For Ashley, property management is not just about operations. It is about serving her neighbors, protecting owners’ investments, and helping others find a home in a community she genuinely loves.
Rory
CEO
Rory has called Laureate Park home since 2021, and like Ashley, he understands the value of living in the same community the business serves. He brings a long-term mindset to Happy Homes and is deeply focused on building a company that is thoughtful, disciplined, and genuinely useful to the homeowners it works with. As a real estate investor with properties across multiple states, Rory understands both the opportunity and the responsibility that come with owning rental property.
As CEO of Happy Homes Property Management, Rory leads business development, strategy, and systems. His background includes a PhD in physics, which shaped the analytical approach he brings to problem-solving, decision-making, and building processes that support a better owner experience. For Rory, the goal is not growth for its own sake. It is building a business that owners can trust, with the right systems behind the scenes and the right people at the front of every interaction.

Maintenance Coordinator
Conary plays an important role in the day-to-day experience owners and residents have with Happy Homes. He helps keep things moving behind the scenes and on the ground, making sure communication stays clear, maintenance issues are addressed, and vendors are coordinated efficiently. His work supports the kind of hands-on service model that defines the company.
As Maintenance Coordinator, Conary focuses on tenant relations, vendor management, and operational follow-through. He understands that good property management is often about the details — responding promptly, staying organized, and making sure the right people are involved at the right time. His role helps ensure that owners feel supported, residents feel heard, and properties stay well cared for.
